PCYC Free Health Talks by the Natural Vibrant Health Team

Gold Coast PCYC in partnership with the Natural Vibrant Health Team have been holding monthly health sessions on Saturday mornings at 10.30am. They are directed by wholistic and integrative Doctor and author Valerie Cole.  These health experts offer these talks to empower you to maintain or regain your health naturally. The invaluable information offered in these sessions are absolutely free as a community service to you.

Saturday the 7th of May, we heard from Karen Phipps N.D Ad Dip. HSc.M.C.M.A who is a qualified Naturopath and extremely knowledgeable on a broad range of health issues.  Karen explained to us how the toxins can build up in your body and how you can address the various problems.

Doctor Valerie Cole went into details about the hormones in the Male and Female body and the health issues you would face if you were suffering an imbalance. Some of the root causes of fatigue were given for example: low thyroid and adrenals. Women and men's hormonal imbalances were discussed as to how to balance them naturally for optimal hormonal health.

At the end of the session we asked people to leave comments about the session and this is what they said:

Lonie Taylor popped in while her children attended Gymnastics and Tennis Classes.  We didn't get time for a photo but she said:  "I heard the second half of the presentation.  It was really interesting and I am sorry that I missed the first half."

Isabel Brunmayr - "I really enjoy these health sessions.  They are extremely helpful, educational and friendly.  I plan my Saturdays around these talks now."

Claudine Lombard - "I found both information sessions very helpful. I would certainly be interested in following up in hair mineral analysis.  Thanks to PCYC for making these presentations available."

Dylan Zack - "Both the hormonal and the toxicity were very informative and fairly easy to comprehend. Time well spent."

John Emanuel -"Very informative, valuable information that everyone should know."

THE NEXT HEALTH TALK WILL BE ON SATURDAY THE 9TH JULY 2011 AT 10.30AM.
